How do I start using the app?

Head to https://my.moongrade.app/ and Log in with your credentials used during registration (or checkout) and your password, then press "Log in" again.

If you can't log in because you forgot your password, simply tap the "Forgot password?" at the bottom. A password reset email will be sent to you. Please note that the email is valid for only 24 hours; after that, you will need to request a new one.

Once in, we highly recommend saving the app on your phone home screen for quick and easy access. If you are unsure on how to do this, please contact us via email at help@moongrade.app.

1. Go to Settings area at the top right corner

2. Then press on "App Installation"

3. This will load guides for Safari and Chrome
