Forgot my password
If the login details seem to be incorrect, you can always reset your password by following these steps:
- Open the Moongrade app and press "Log in"
- Press the "Forgotten your password?" link
- Enter your email and press "Send link to email"
If you see the error, that means the email you entered does not exist on our system.
Don’t forget to check your spam inbox just in case the email ended up there by mistake. If you haven’t received a password change link to your email, please contact support at help@moongrade.app. Once you have reset your password, try to log in to your account.
Please note: Password reset links are only active for 24 hours.
